    Job Title: D365 Finance Consultant

    Location: Durham, NC (3 Days Onsite)

    Key Requirements:

    • 10+ yrs of Functional Experience in D365 F&O Finance Application
    • Knowledge on Project Management Accounting (PMA) module is preferred
    • Gathering Business requirements from the clients.
    • Able to do the Functional analysis & preparing Business Process documents
    • Experience in managing customer requirements/CR , configure the process and co-ordinate with team. Experience in working on Gap Fit analysis based on requirement from client
    • Should have done at least 3 successful end to end implementations.
    • Working knowledge of LCS and IVS

    The D365 F&O Finance Consultant will:

    • Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas: D365 F&O Finance Application
    • Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
    • Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables
    • Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
    • Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation

    Candidate should have:

    • Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm
    • Experience/Knowledge about D365 ERP implementation methodologies and have strong project management and delivery skills
    • Ability to co-ordinate and work with Offshore teams
    • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
    • Strong people management skills and experience in managing a team (incl. professional and personal development of junior colleagues)
    • Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs
