The position is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee and grow compounding capabilities while serving as a subject matter expert on compounded treatments. This role focuses on quality, patient safety, and compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Shift Options:
- Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio
- At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
- Hospital or compounding experience preferred
- Familiarity with USP <795>, USP <800>, and non-sterile compounding
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance
- Organized, dependable, and collaborative
Key Responsibilities
- Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs
- Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces
- Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory
- Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs
- Follow USP <795>, USP <800>, and applicable state and federal requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment
- Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation
