Conduct intake assessments for incoming crisis clients.Complete Behavioral Health Assessments (BHA).Conduct comprehensive safety assessments.Assess clients for suicide and self-harm risk.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups
Qualifications
Master's degree in social service field (Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services) or related fieldMust have Associate License or Fully Licensed in either - LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LCSW)Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or a crisis stabilization settingExperience with trauma-informed careDemonstrate knowledge and expertise with the chronically mentally ill population.All applicants must pass an intensive background check and pre-employment drug test.Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in mental health and substance abuse services and community resources.
