Program Overview:River Edge is currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the Baldwin Outpatient Unit.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patient's vitals and record them in their file.Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication.Update patient records in a confidential mannerEvaluate the patient's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff.Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.Assists physicians and registered nurses.
Qualifications:
Practical Nursing DiplomaCurrent LPN license, in good standing with the Georgia State licensing boardMinimum of three (3) years of mental health experience.
