Essential Duties

This position oversees quality assurance systems, major review processes, and compliance with statewide information systems. It guides staff, maintains important data, and supports agency planning. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will perform the following duties:

  • Quality Oversight: Lead quality assurance activities that support compliance with regulations and agency requirements.
  • Data Management: Review CAPS information, confirm data accuracy, and support reporting needs.
  • Leadership Support: Guide staff through quality processes and assist with improvement planning.
  • Process Review: Manage review procedures for permanency and congregate care and issue written findings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with management to develop case and record review plans.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience & Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Children, Youth and Families Program Specialist 1; or
  • Three years of professional level experience in the field of children, youth and families; and a bachelor's degree; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requiements:

  • PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

  • You must pass a background investigation.
  • This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
