    Description

    • Perform physical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team, accounts receivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team. This includes preparing the audit form, visiting the customer, and counting the cylinders on customer sites.
    • Perform paper audits of cylinder history which includes researching the cylinder history in CU, CU Image Viewer, TruTrak and JDE.
    • You will work together with the Territory Manager, General Sales Manager, and AR Manager on appropriate resolution for cylinder discrepancies.
    • Enter audit findings in CU and TruTrak to reconcile the balances.
    • Prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable.
    • You will work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss of use charges and open rental invoices.
    • Reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region.
    • Understand the cylinder barcoding process and bar code cylinders as needed during audits.
    • Review all in-house accounts monthly and work with the branches to ensure no cylinder balances have being posted on the house accounts such as CAXXX, SUXXX, etc.
