WhatYou'llDo

• Operate,maintain,andrepaircyclotronsandacceleratortechnologyusedinPETradiopharmaceuticalandmedicalisotopemanufacturing.
• Supportmedicalresearchwithconsistentproductionofresearch-gradeisotopes.
• Diagnoseandrepairelectronic,electro-pneumatic,high-vacuum,chilled-water,RF,andhigh-voltagesystems.
• Maintainandrepairisotopeproductionequipmentincludinghotcells,manipulatorarms,andradiosynthesizers.
• CompleteGMP-compliantdocumentation,deviations,CAPAs,andauditmaterials.
• Operatecyclotronsduringproductionruns,includingnightandweekendrotations.
• SupportradiationsafetydutiesperFDA,NRC,andEHSrequirements.
• TrainstaffanddevelopSOPsandtechnicalprocedures.
• Overseecontractorsandimplementequipmentreliabilityimprovements.
• Provideafter-hourstechnicalsupportasneeded.

• AssociateorBachelor'sdegreeinEngineering,Electronics,NuclearTechnology,orrelatedfield.
• Experienceinmedicalisotoperesearch(stronglyvalued).
• Backgroundinnuclearpower,reactorsystems,particleaccelerators,orNavyNuclearPropulsionishighlytransferable.
• Knowledgeofdigital/analogcircuitry,RFsystems,vacuumtechnology,andhigh-voltagesystems.
• Abilitytotroubleshootelectronicsatthecomponentlevel.
• FamiliaritywithGMP,FDA21CFR212,radiationsafetyprotocols,andNRC.
• Mechanicalaptitudeandabilitytointerprettechnicaldrawings.
• Strongcommunicationanddocumentationskills.
• Abilitytotravelupto25%.
• ProficiencywithExcel,PowerPoint,andWord.
