Job Summary
PRADCO operates a Distribution Center that employs 75 - 120 people to process thousands of deliveries each day. The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing cycle counts, and related tasks to achieve and maintain inventory accuracy goals within the DC. Cycle count tasks will be performed by using RF, computer, and other scanning devices.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct cycle and audit counts within the specified category of SKUs.
Report any cycle count or inventory related issue regarding SKU accuracy with UPC number, case & inner pack quantities.
Verify that the correct items are in the correct locations in the MOD, SR, and Reserve locations.
Responsible for conducting physical inventories or receipt audits.
Responsible for documenting any damaged products.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of previous cycle counting experience
Minimum of 1-year previous forklift operating experience
Passed Forklift certification.
Essential Job Function
The capacity to stand, operate, and have manual dexterity is required to operate a lift truck. The ability to lift up to 60 pounds is required.
Must accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide quantities; read and write; and work with limited supervisor instruction.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Ability to operate a lift truck and safely perform responsibilities at heights of up to forty feet; accurately record inventory using a barcode scanner, tablet, or computer.
The work environment is consistent with an unacclimatized warehouse; air temperature fluctuates with weather.
