Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of inventory accuracy across the facility, working closely with multiple teams.
- Perform daily cycle counts across all areas of the plant
- Meet monthly inventory count goals for assigned materials
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
- Use systems (Oracle) and transaction history to resolve issues
- Support quarterly inventory audits
- Assist with BOM updates and routing accuracy
- Partner with purchasing and other departments to maintain inventory levels
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VES)
- Help implement engineering changes (ECOs)
- Keep work areas organized and aligned with safety standards

Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, equipment, and varying conditions
- Requires standing, moving, and handling materials throughout the shift
- Regular lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- PPE required depending on work area
