• Work with solution architects, SMEs and delivery teams on solution architecture, operating model, delivery model, transition approach, roadmap, sizing and implementation plan.
• Balance security outcomes, client experience, scalability, feasibility, cost and operational resilience.
Solution positioning and executive storytelling
• Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into compelling business and executive narratives focused on outcomes.
• Develop and deliver executive presentations, workshops, proposals, demonstrations and transformation roadmaps.
• Position solutions with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security architects, procurement, risk leaders and other decision makers; support executive briefings and strategy discussions.
Pursuit solution leadership
• Own the solutioning lifecycle for strategic cybersecurity opportunities from discovery through proposal, presentation, negotiation and transition to delivery.
• Partner with account and sales teams to qualify opportunities on need, fit, strategic relevance, competitive position and commercial viability.
• Lead cybersecurity responses to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, coordinating account, presales, architecture, SME, delivery, partner and commercial/finance teams.
• Run solution reviews so proposals are technically credible, commercially competitive, differentiated and executable; support negotiations and clarifications.
Competitive differentiation and commercial viability
• Track competitive offerings, market trends, regulations, emerging technologies and hyperscaler/security ecosystem developments.
• Work with delivery and finance on effort estimates, pricing models, business cases, transformation investments and commercial assumptions that meet margin expectations.
• Identify solution risks, dependencies, assumptions and mitigations before submission, and take part in solution-to-delivery handover.
Portfolio and account partnership
• Turn recurring client problems into repeatable solutions, reference architectures, offerings, playbooks and accelerators.
• Build BFSI propositions around AI Security, Cyber Resilience, Zero Trust, Identity transformation, Cloud Security, Data Protection, Post-Quantum readiness and next-generation Cyber Defense.
• Partner with client partners and cybersecurity sales leaders to find whitespace in strategic BFSI accounts and expand existing cybersecurity engagements into broader transformation programs.
Qualifications
• 13-15+ years in cybersecurity, including 7+ years in cybersecurity solutioning, pre-sales or consulting, preferably in BFSI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
