Job Summary

This role combines Chief of Staff, portfolio management, program management, communications, and operational responsibilities to support leadership and cross-functional teams. The position drives operational excellence, risk management, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Job Description
- Drive weekly platform operational cadence, including leadership meetings, operational reviews, and planning sessions.
- Maintain visibility across platform initiatives, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Develop and manage an integrated platform roadmap across teams and workstreams.
- Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and escalation items.
- Establish and monitor platform KPIs, OKRs, milestones, and executive reporting.
- Ensure leadership decisions are documented, tracked, and executed.
- Maintain centralized oversight of platform projects and strategic initiatives.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, financial impacts, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Drive accountability for action items and leadership commitments.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, briefings, and presentations.
- Establish and manage platform-wide risk and dependency processes.
- Proactively identify emerging risks and operational concerns.
- Escalate critical issues and recommend mitigation plans.
- Monitor operational, regulatory, compliance, and delivery risks.
- Develop and execute communications strategies for the platform organization.
- Create leadership updates, newsletters, town hall content, and executive presentations.
- Translate complex initiatives into clear and actionable communications.
- Maintain a centralized communications calendar.
- Coordinate platform-wide events, leadership forums, workshops, and operational councils.
- Support annual planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and strategy sessions.
- Improve collaboration and information sharing across platform teams.
- Support onboarding and organizational change management activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Platform Leadership Team.
- Prepare talking points, meeting materials, executive reports, and leadership briefings.
- Support organizational planning, prioritization, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure leadership focus remains aligned with strategic objectives and delivery commitments.
- Promote transparency, predictability, accountability, and alignment across platform operations.
Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Operations, or Communications leadership roles.

Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Training or certifications in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field are preferred.

Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $90.00 to $100 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
