AltaGas: Test Lead Cyber & Infrastructure
Lead planning, execution, and reporting of cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, cloud, and OT testing for a utility environment. Validate security, resiliency, and operational readiness before deployment, and give go/no-go recommendations.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years in testing/QA, infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity
- 3+ years leading technical testing teams or programs
- Test strategy: risk-based approach, SIT, UAT, scope, entry/exit criteria
- Cybersecurity testing: vulnerability assessments, pen test coordination, firewall rule testing, IAM, network segmentation, DR testing
- Infrastructure and network testing: firewalls, routers/switches, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, backup and recovery, HA/failover
- Cloud: Azure and/or AWS
- Firewalls: Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, or Fortinet (any one)
- Tools: Azure DevOps and ServiceNow (test tracking, defect lifecycle, reporting)
- Governance: test plans, requirements traceability, audit-ready documentation, defect and coverage reporting
- Communication: leadership-level status reporting, and coordination across Cyber, Network, Infra, OT, and vendors
Strongly Preferred
- Utility, energy, or critical-infrastructure experience
- OT/IT-OT integration, control systems, metering, GIS, field communications
Nice-to-Have Certifications
CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, CCNA/CCNP, Palo Alto, Azure/AWS security, ISTQB Test Manager, GIAC, NERC CIP
Education: Bachelor's in a technical field, or equivalent experience
