Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Engineer specializing in Privileged Session Management (PSM) to support enterprise PAM initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of CyberArk PSM Web Connectors, build reusable connector factory templates, develop custom PSM Thick Client integrations, and drive capacity planning and architecture improvements for the CyberArk platform.
Key Responsibilities
PSM Web Connector Development
- Evaluate target applications and define secure, automated privileged session workflows.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom CyberArk PSM Web Connectors using Selenium, AutoIt, and web automation frameworks.
- Develop standardized PSM Web Connector Factory Templates to accelerate onboarding and improve delivery consistency.
- Manage end-to-end connector intake, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with application owners to gather requirements and deliver secure access solutions.
PSM Thick Client Engineering
- Design, configure, and publish custom PSM Thick Client applications.
- Develop integrations for applications such as SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, and other Windows-based applications.
- Customize client binaries using RDP/SSH-based integrations.
- Configure security policies, session recording, auditing, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex PSM components including Session Managers, HTML5 Gateway, and connection issues.
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of CyberArk PSM infrastructure.
Capacity Planning & Architecture
- Assess current and future CyberArk PSM capacity requirements.
- Monitor infrastructure health, storage utilization, network bandwidth, and application performance.
- Design scalable, resilient, and highly available CyberArk PSM architectures across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams on disaster recovery, credential safeguarding, and session isolation strategies.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements to optimize platform performance and availability.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Expertise in Privileged Session Management (PSM)
- Hands-on experience developing PSM Web Connectors
- Strong knowledge of Selenium, AutoIt, and automation scripting
- Experience with PSM Thick Client integrations
- Knowledge of RDP, SSH, and Windows application publishing
- Experience configuring Session Recording, Auditing, and Security Policies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for CyberArk PSM infrastructure
- Experience with capacity planning and enterprise architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
