ABOUT THE ROLEA financial services organization is seeking an IT professional to support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations. This role will focus heavily on CyberArk administration, access lifecycle requests, credential support, user provisioning and deprovisioning, and maintaining appropriate controls and documentation in a regulated environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working within structured IT service management processes, and professionally fluent in both English and Chinese.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Process IT access requests for user onboarding, role changes, transfers, and timely offboarding.
- Support day-to-day CyberArk operations, including privileged credential configuration, safe administration, account unlocking, and credential rotation.
- Troubleshoot CyberArk access issues, including password resets, account unlocks, and MFA-related problems.
- Add and remove users from designated CyberArk safes based on approved access requests.
- Manage access requests through ITSM ticketing platforms while maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
- Ensure all access changes follow established approval workflows, Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements, and internal security policies.
- Monitor privileged account activity and escalate potential unauthorized access or policy exceptions.
- Support periodic identity and access recertification activities, including account inventories, evidence collection, screenshots, and reviewer tracking.
- Partner with application owners and infrastructure teams to resolve access issues and validate authorization.
- Maintain IAM procedures, documentation, and operational standards.
- Participate in IAM-related projects, system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
