Job Title: Cyber Security Technical Manager
Location: Dallas, TX / Malvern, PA (Onsite) – Local's Only – need to attend F2F interview
Job Type: Contract
Note – Looking for Locals only, In-Person (F2F) Interview mandatory.

Job Description:

Strong Project/Program Management 8-10 years of experience
Good understanding of SOC operations and incident response processes.
Experience with SIEM platforms (Elastic).
Knowledge of threat management, vulnerability management, and security governance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in regulated environments such as Financial Services is preferred.
Preferred Certifications
CISSP / CISM
PMP / PRINCE2

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end cybersecurity and SOC-related projects.
Coordinate across security, infrastructure, cloud, risk, and business teams.
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Support SOC transformation, optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
Oversee implementation of security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence solutions.
Track project milestones, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with security leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Skills: Cyber Security, IBM QRadar SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), Project Management
Experience Required: 8-10
