We're hiring a Cyber Security Senior Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Work Authorization: Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 8 years of job-related technical experience
- Experience with Linux and various penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, MetaSploit, Nessus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a penetration tester/security assessor planning and executing security tests against applications, systems, and infrastructure to uncover vulnerabilities before attackers do
- Use Linux-based environments and tools, such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nessus to perform web application testing, vulnerability scanning, exploitation validation, and manual verification of findings
- Review scope, analyze prior results, run scans, investigate weaknesses, and document evidence to determine real-world risk
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree: OR
- 4 years of job-related work experience; OR
- 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
- Preferred Licenses and Certificates: CISA, CISM, CISSP
The hourly rate for this position is $66.82.
