Description
We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Cyber Security Analytics Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in St. Paul, MN. Details of the position are as follows:

- Pay: $50 - $53/hr to Start!!
- 6-month assignment, possibility of extension based upon performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday, standard hours.
- This role will be focused on enabling to effectively consume, analyze, and operationalize security logs and telemetry for monitoring, detection, investigation, reporting, and assurance use cases.
- Cybersecurity data/analytics specialist who understands SIEM + data lake environments and can act as the internal consultant/enabler helping security, compliance, and engineering teams consume and get value from cyber telemetry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field from an accredited U.S. university.
- Cybersecurity telemetry / security analytics
- SIEM experience
- Data lake / modern analytics platform - Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Explorer, Synapse, Lakehouse/data lake environments.
- SQL + analytics/dashboarding
