A Mid-level Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for protecting an organization's information systems and networks from cyber threats. Responsibilities may include:
Monitoring security systems and logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
Conducting security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assisting in the investigation of security breaches or incidents.
Deploying and managing security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
Providing guidance and support to junior security analysts.
Collaborating with other IT and security teams to enhance overall security posture.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
Conducting security awareness training for employees.
