As a Cyber Management Analyst, you will oversee the organization, administration, and supervision of consulting resources, business operation processes, and technologies required for successful and high-quality consulting engagement service delivery to clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that high-quality Cybersecurity Services are consistently delivered to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver High-Quality Services: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality Cybersecurity Services to clients, meeting their expectations and customer satisfaction measurements. This involves establishing programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance and evaluating customer feedback.
- Manage Contract/Account Performance: Monitor and manage contract/account financial performance to drive profitable contract and consulting practice business performance for IBM.
- Oversee Team Performance: Supervise employee and subcontractor work, removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's ability to deliver services successfully.
- Implement Service Performance Programs: Establish programs and policies to maintain consistent service performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
- This person will be required to come into the Fort Meade, MD office 5 days a week
