The opportunity
Cyber threats, social media, artificial intelligence, privacy requirements, and continuity of the business as usual require heavy information security measures. As a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team, you will lead sophisticated offensive security operations that contribute to our client's resilience against the latest cyber-attacks.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager on the Attack and Penetration Testing team, your key responsibilities would include identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities to enteprise environments. You role would involve leading technical teams in conducting penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises using industry frameworks and techniques and applying that analysis to inform and enhance other areas of cybersecurity. You would oversee teams' delivery of offensive security engagements and ensure collaboration with other security and business teams is productive and valuable. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of clear, concise, and actionable reports and support to both technical and executive audiences. Furthermore, as a manager, you would play a pivotal role in mentoring senior and junior analysts, setting and advancing a collaborative and trust-based culture, and bringing new ideas to enhance the team's skillsets and capabilities. In addition to these responsibilities, you would be expected to stay abreast of the latest cyber threat trends and technologies, representing EY and the team in high-visibility industry groups, conferences, and events.

The salary range for this job is:
New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $173,900 to $290,100
Bay Area California offices - $181,200 to $302,100
All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $144,900 to $265,800
Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
