Description:POSITION SUMMARY Reason for contingent headcount? Additional workload for team to cover. What is the project(s) name? What are the key objectives for this resource (project summary)?As a Reporting Analyst this candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting that enables our leadership to make informed data-driven decisions. This position requires development of reports, charts, tables, graphs, and intermediate statistical analysis using tools such as Python, Tableau, SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. Specifically this candidate will be responsible for the following:Automate standardized reporting Generation and delivery of standard reportsSynthesize raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisionsIdentify gaps and opportunities for improvements among existing reportsCompletion of ad-hoc reporting, data, and analysis requestsCreate and maintain process documentationMeet regular delivery timelines What specific Client departments will they interact with? Primarily interactions will be with the SOAR team, with some interactions with other Demand Management and Workforce Management teams. However, we support all service operations areas of the business, so there will be potential to interact with many areas. How long is this project (please be specific)? 6 month contract. What phase is the project currently in? ongoingRequirements:List the position Requirements: Must Haves:5+ years of experience in designing reports, charts, graphs in Microsoft Office applications5+ years of recent SQL programming experience preferably in WindowsAbility to multitask on several projects at onceAbility to work independently with deadlines and deliver high quality resultsAdvanced experience in creating Access databases and Excel Reports using modules, forms, macros, formulas, VBA, and pivot tablesStrong understanding of financial services data desiredProficiency with web and client based reporting tools i.e. Aginity or HyperionData warehouse experience helpfulPython and Tableau experience helpful Preferred/ Nice-to-haves: About Client Financial ServicesHeadquartered in Plano, TX., Client Financial Services (Client) is the finance and insurance brand for Client in the United States, offering retail auto financing and leasing through Client Credit Corporation (Client) and extended service contracts through Client Insurance Services (TMIS).
