    What You’ll Be Doing 

    • Assist with assigned portions of compliance review programs to assess compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies 

    • Support and assist in compliance reviews across the organization by documenting findings, preparing reports, and helping strengthen organizational alignment with regulatory expectations. 

    • Collaborate with compliance consultants and compliance program managers on ongoing projects 

    • Work directly with the Director on potential enhancements and efficiency opportunities within the department 

    Who We’re Looking For 

    Education 

    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in:  

    • Business, Management, Finance, Law, Information Systems, or a related field 

    • Must have completed at least 60 credit hours in an undergraduate program 

    • Law students:  

    • Second-year law students are preferred 

    • Coursework in Internal Audit is a plus 

    GPA 

    • Preferred: 3.0+ 

    • Minimum: 2.5 cumulative GPA 

    Skills & Experience 

    • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills 

    • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data 

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficient 

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

    • Ability to comprehend, document, calculate, and analyze information 

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including:  

    • Word 

    • Outlook 

    • PowerPoint 

    • Advanced Excel skills preferred

    Location Requirement 

    • Has the ability to commute to the Baton Rouge, LA office 

    Time Commitment  

    • 20-25 hours a week
