What You'll Do

• Assist in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures, including CABG, AVR, MVRR, TAVR, and AAA repairs
• Support minimally invasive and complex surgeries with proper instrumentation and equipment setup
• Collaborate with surgical teams during endovascular, open vascular, and thoracic procedures
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Help maintain state-of-the-art surgical environment in a Level III Trauma Magnet/Teaching facility
• Prepare operating rooms and assist with patient positioning and instrumentation management
• Document and track surgical procedures electronically (Excellian/Epic)

What You Need

Required

• Certification from NBSTSA or NCCT
• Valid BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR tech experience; new grads welcome
• Ability to work up to 2 weekends/month, with holiday call if needed
• Strong knowledge of cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgery procedures

Preferred

• Experience with cardiac and vascular surgeries listed
• Ability to float within scope for coverage
• Adaptability to block scheduling
