What You’ll Do
  • Assist in complex cardiovascular, thoracic, and trauma surgeries, including heart & lung transplants and valve replacements
  • Prepare and receive pump lines from perfusion teams for cardiac procedures
  • Support surgical team during procedures such as Aneurysm Repairs, Aortic Dissection, TAVR, EVAR, and robotic-assisted surgeries
  • Maintain sterile field and ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are correctly prepared
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to all safety and procedural protocols, including call requirements

What You Need
  • Current BCLS and NBSTSA certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Proven skills in cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and robotic surgeries
  • Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts, with availability for call as required
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
