- Experience: 5+ years total CST experience, with at least 2 years in cardiac & vascular, 1 year CVOR, and experience in a Level I Trauma setting

What Youll Do- Assist with cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries in a busy CVOR
- Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
- Prepare and process cardiovascular and thoracic instruments
- Support surgeons as a scrub and circulating technologist
- Document surgical procedures accurately in hospital systems such as EPIC
- Participate in call duties and weekend rotations as scheduled
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
What You Need- Current BLS certification
- 5+ years of CST experience
- 2+ years in cardiac & vascular specialties
- 1+ year CVOR experience
- Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing
- Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
- Strong knowledge of OR protocols, aseptic techniques, and surgical instrumentation
