REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS====================================• License Requirements: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission• Required Certifications: BLSREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLINICAL SKILLS==================================• Years of Experience Required: 2.5 years• CVOR; Hybrid Room: Circulate required, scrub preferred• Transplant: Must have some degree of transplant experience (Cardiac, lung, and/or kidney experience highly preferred)• Cardiovascular: Valve replacement; Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG); Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR); Aortic aneurysm repair; Dissection; VATs• Vascular: Endovascular AAA; Carotid endarterectomy; Arteriogram; Angiogram; Trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR); AV fistula; Femoral popliteal bypass graft
