Cutter-2nd ShiftAdvance Services is seeking a Cutter to operate machine designed to detach the spine of books from the pages, cutting through the glue and rubber banding all components together and sorting back onto cart.
Responsibilities- Perform general housekeeping duties in the assigned area.
- Empty buckets and collection bins throughout the facility.
- Collect, separate, and sort recyclable materials such as paper and other items.
- Ensure proper disposal and placement of trash versus recyclable materials.
- Sweep and maintain cleanliness of floors and work zones.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with other recycling or housekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements- Steel toed shoes upon arrival
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Good attention to detail when sorting recyclables.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
Shift is Monday to Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm with some overtime and weekend work as required unless otherwise previously approved to be off of work.
Pay $17.00 per hour
