Cutter-2nd Shift
Advance Services is seeking a Cutter to operate machine designed to detach the spine of books from the pages, cutting through the glue and rubber banding all components together and sorting back onto cart.
Responsibilities
Perform general housekeeping duties in the assigned area.
Empty buckets and collection bins throughout the facility.
Collect, separate, and sort recyclable materials such as paper and other items.
Ensure proper disposal and placement of trash versus recyclable materials.
Sweep and maintain cleanliness of floors and work zones.
Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with other recycling or housekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements
Steel toed shoes upon arrival
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Good attention to detail when sorting recyclables.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
Shift is Monday to Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm with some overtime and weekend work as required unless otherwise previously approved to be off of work.
Pay $17.00 per hour
