Cut to Length Operator - Osceola AR
All Shifts $15-17/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates a cut-to-length machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
• Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and internal customers
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard operating practices

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Mechanical ability
• Able to read and use a tape measure
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. with frequency.
