JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be working within all our operations applications (Equipment Monitoring Toolkit, Service Link, Dealer Business System, Parts, and Service Quoter, etc.) to help build, sell, and manage Customer Value Agreements including parts kits and fluid sales to our customers. In part of our effort to grow CVAs, will assist with adding a CVA offering with every new machine sale. Will support the adoption of e-commerce applications with Caterpillar, in support of increased parts sales. Will support the adoption of other Caterpillar applications such as My.Cat.Com. This position will also provide support with achieving our Parts, Service, and Digital Excellence goals and other general administrative support as needed and required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Continuing education or training is a plus. Technical trade school diploma or two associate degrees in related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in service and/or administration required.
  • Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in service and warranty.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Must possess a strong work ethic and good office skills.
  • Candidate should be proficient with various computer programs, including Microsoft applications.
  • Must be very well organized, with the ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
  • This candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential for the position.
