Title: Customer Svc Sr Coordinator Pay Rate: $20-21/HR on W2 Hours: M-F 8-5 Location: SHARETX872-- 9800 Fredericksbu, San Antonio

Day to day tasks:

• Receiving inbound phone calls and assisting with inquiries
• Data entry and record updates
• Creating and managing work orders
• Processing employee badges and access requests
• Handling parking reservations
• Performing administrative tasks such as routing, scheduling, and coordinating work orders

Great communication skills

Software skills: Basic computer functions

Years of experience: 2+ years customer service/client

Education: at least HS/GED

Interview Process: 1-2 phone and in person

Summary: As a Customer Service Senior Coordinator, you will provide high-level information and resolve complex day-to-day and escalated issues in response to inquiries about products and services.
