What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly. As a member of our Customer Support Team, you’ll play a vital role in servicing our clients and our internal team. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Review insurance renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare coverage comparisons, rating analyses, and marketing materials for producers and clients.
  • Assist with policy quotations and respond to application-related inquiries.
  • Maintain communication with clients, carriers, producers, and regulatory agencies via phone, email, and mail.
  • Generate and distribute insurance documents including binders, certificates, and ID cards.
  • Support account management tasks such as billing issues, reinstatements, and finance agreements.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper policy files; track pending items through a suspense system.
  • Facilitate inspections and follow up on recommendations with producers and insureds.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client and policy information.
  • Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

  • Great communication—written and verbal
  • Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
  • Prior office or customer service experience preferred
  • Professional and passionate about customer service
  • Proactive problem solver with a flexible mindset
  • Insurance experience or a Property & Casualty license is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
  • H.S. Diploma or GED is required
