Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries through email, phone, and our support portal with the utmost professionalism.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex problems to the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to ensure alignment on client communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and help build our knowledge base.
- Gather and synthesise client feedback to share with internal teams for service enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a customer support or client services role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, articulate, and friendly demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and calmly under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service software.
- A client-centric mindset with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-discipline in a remote setting.
- A high degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
