We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume phone environment. This position will be responsible for handling a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with questions and requests, documenting interactions, and providing timely and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls throughout the day.
  • Respond to customer questions, requests, and general account or service inquiries.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service.
