Join our Customer Support Team as a PART-TIME REPRESENTATIVE (call center). You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly support across multiple channels.Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit at a computer workstation and answer calls for an 8+ hour shift.
- This is a part-time position, in an office, located in the Southwest area of Las Vegas.
- Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and weekends is expected.
