Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented bilingual english + spanish Customer Support Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service support via phone and email. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per year

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently

Identify and recommend products or services based on customer needs

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance

Obtain insurance producers license within timeframe discussed
