Nesco Resource is recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist with a local manufacturing company in Elmira, NY. This is a Direct Hire position!!
Pay: $24 - $28/hr
Location: Elmira, NY (fully onsite)
Hours: Monday-Friday Standard Business Hours
Job Description
- Assist with all customer needs related to shipment orders, delivery schedules, and any product issues
- Act as liaison between customer and production floor
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and over email
- Coordinate customer requirements with order scheduling
- Cultivate relationships with current customers
- Strong customer service approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and move between orders
- A desire and willingness to learn and be coached
