Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer support while managing scheduling and service coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and any service changes or updates
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service and communicate any delays
- Maintain accurate records and share customer feedback to help improve overall service quality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
