Our client located in Fitzwilliam, NH is looking for a
Customer Support Assistant to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Customer Support Assistant position are as follows:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales support, customer service, or order management; experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus
- Experience creating quotes, estimates, and sales orders
- Computer proficiency including accurate data entry skills, MS Office, QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and Method CRM (or ability to learn Method)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Benefits you will receive as the Customer Support Assistant:
- $22-$26/hour, depending on experience

For the Customer Support Assistant position your duties will include:
- Create estimates and quotes, convert into sales orders, and manage order information
- Coordinate packaging and shipment of sample kits and materials
- Assist team with sales and related follow-up activities
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Other tasks as assigned
