Responsibilities

:

● Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients

● Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns

● Accurately enter information into our database

● Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction

● Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement

● High school diploma or equivalent 

● Strong verbal communication skills 

● Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace 

● Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency) 

● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (set your  own schedule)

Technology Requirements (MANDATORY to begin work):

● Windows 11 desktop or laptop

● Minimum 16 GB RAM

● No Chromebooks or Apple devices

● Dual monitors recommended (not required at application)

● USB noise-canceling headset (not required at application)

● Fully remote position – work from anywhere

● Starting pay of $12–$15/hour
