Responsibilities: of the Customer Success Specialist Include: Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings with new and existing clients to support onboarding and platform adoption. Guide customers through AI platform implementations and assist with integration-related questions. Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and video conferencing channels. Educate clients on basic networking and technology concepts including cloud environments, domain names, and IP addresses. Partner with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful outcomes. Maintain detailed customer records and activities within CRM platforms. Qualifications: for the Customer Success Specialist Include: 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, account management, or a related client-facing role. Strong communication skills with a passion for building customer relationships. Technical aptitude and understanding of cloud vs. on-premises environments, IP addresses, and domain name. Experience conducting customer-facing calls and virtual presentations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
