RoadSync is growing, and so is our Customer Success team. As our Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of existing customers from day one: building relationships, driving product adoption, and protecting the business we've already won. To join us as our Account Manager, you've worked in Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management, ideally at a B2B or B2B2C technology, SaaS, or Fintech company. You know how to manage a portfolio, spot risk before it becomes churn, and turn a good customer conversation into a measurable next step.
Own and grow relationships across your assigned portfolio of customer accounts
Run proactive outreach focused on engagement, retention, adoption, and growth
Spot declining usage and other churn signals early, and build a plan to fix it
Find expansion and cross-sell opportunities tied to what each customer actually needs
Show customers how our products improve their payment and operational workflows
Lead regular check-ins and business reviews to track goals, challenges, and opportunities
Ask for referrals and earn them
Handle escalations with clear, direct communication through resolution
Keep your CRM sharp: accurate notes, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking
Partner with Implementation, Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to get customers what they need
Hit your numbers, individually and as a team
2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, Sales, or a similar customer-facing role
Experience owning a portfolio or book of business
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
The instinct to connect a customer's need to the right product, before they ask
Comfort discussing account performance and growth directly with customers
Sharp organization, prioritization, and follow-through
The ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball.
Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot
Experience in payments, fintech, transportation, trucking, towing, repair, or logistics
