About the Role
We're looking for an Field IT Engineer to join us on our mission to build AI superpowers for developers.
What you'll do
Troubleshoot and resolve issues our customers encounter with our product
Able to communicate technology in a simple manner
Writing tests and automation are a plus
Turning feedback into feature requests from our customers
2-3 years of IT related experiences, knowledge of Kubernetes is required for this role.
About You
Passion for AI and new technology
Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Codeium, Copilot, ChatGPT
A self-starter. Hunger to dream up, plan, and execute tasks independently.
A team player.
Ability to learn and become an expert quickly
Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of requests
Passionate about working with enterprise customers and sales team
