Your Role

The Customer Success & Digital Sales Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring every Technogym partner extracts maximum value from the company's connected ecosystem. Acting as a trusted advisor and digital coach, in this position you will help drive customer profitability, retention, and satisfaction, reduce customer churn, and support the sales team in maximizing product penetration and positioning.

Rooted in Technogym's purpose of promoting wellness as a lifestyle, this role translates technology into meaningful outcomes: improved member retention, enhanced user experience, and measurable business growth. This role reports to the Business Consulting and Customer Success Manager and works on-site at our Jersey City offices.

Your Impact

• Achieve Digital and Consulting sales and profitability target with a focus on maximizing users and retention rate of active licenses for the Mywellness platforms
• Support sales force in pre-sales & sales activities, providing product training on digital offerings
• Ensuring successful implementations by providing training and tutoring accordingly
• Create customer case studies and best practices that clearly explain the value and the benefits of the product in terms of attraction, retention of customers and secondary revenues
• Organize and run seminars or webinars to promote the digital portfolio
• Provide reliable and structured forecast and pipeline management
• Monitor competitors, in terms of pricing, product features etc. providing proactive market feedback to HQ
• Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction
• Support product launch, promotion and commercial activities to maximize sales
• Local and domestic travel approx. 25% of the time to support new client onboarding and training

About You

What you should bring:

• Previous experience in digital product sales or account management or a related client facing role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and communicate complex solutions in a clear, confident, and approachable manner
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts/ sales opportunities simultaneously
• Prior experience using CRM tools required, Salesforce preferred
• An interest in fitness/wellness space is highly desirable
• Ability to adhere to in-office requriments and work on-site 5 days a week at the Jersey City Offices
