JOB REQUIREMENTS: *Strong communication skills *Type 30 WPM *Proficient use of Word, Excel and the ability to learn industry-based software *Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and apply basic bookkeeping skills to balance daily deposits *High School Diploma/GED JOB DESCRIPTION: *Handle multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously *Process, prepare, and verify incoming applications, newspaper ads, and certified mail *Calculate, process and balance cash and checks in a sometimes-hurried environment *Handle customers on the phone and in person *Process and disburse surplus funds .
