What you''ll be doing:

• Oversee inventory planning and control.
• Lead retail operations and customer experience execution.

What''s needed - Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in related field or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of retail operations experience.
• People leadership experience.
• Experience managing KPIs and results.
• Knowledge of retail systems and POS tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

What''s needed - Preferred Qualifications:

• Corporate retail environment experience. (retail store within a corporate office experience
• Executive stakeholder engagement experience.
• Visual merchandising and inventory planning expertise.
• Process improvement experience.
• Track record developing high-performing teams.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate''s experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.  In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
