As our new Customer Shopper Marketing Manager, you'll build and lead customer-focused marketing strategies for Walmart and Sam's Club, driving brand growth and shopper conversion for high-growth brands like Red Baron and bibigo. Partnering across Sales, Brand, Shopper Marketing, eCommerce, Retail Media, and agency teams, you'll translate shopper insights and retailer priorities into integrated programs that deliver impact across physical and digital channels. This is an opportunity to build a new marketing capability, shape the playbook, strengthen customer partnerships, and create innovative experiences that inspire shoppers to discover, choose, and buy our brands.

We're looking for a driven, curious, and highly collaborative marketer to build a new capability for our business as we stand up our marketing arm dedicated to customer omni-marketing leading with Walmart & Sam's Club.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Walmart & Sam's Club Marketing Strategy - Develop annual and seasonal customer plans using shopper, category, retailer, and performance insights to identify growth opportunities and translate brand priorities into actionable omni-channel programs.
• Customer Omni Joint Business Plan Ownership - Partner closely with the Vice President of Sales, Sales Directors, Brand leadership, and Customer Leadership in developing, influencing, executing, and monitoring JBP investment commitments, execution, and tracking.
• Manage & Optimize Customer Marketing Budgets - Own management, tracking, and optimization of customer marketing budgets in partnership with HQ business unit teams and agency team, while ensuring strategic allocation of resources and unlocking growth opportunities to deliver growth.
• Lead Integrated Execution - Ensure disciplined management of agency partners and project timelines across all omni-channel initiatives including brief development, creative, new item set-up, promotions, innovation/exclusive, sampling, POS, and in-store/digital activations that deliver a consistent brand experience and improve campaign effectiveness aligned with key KPIs & business objectives
• Ensuring Best-in-Class Customer eCommerce & Digital Activation - Partner with our HQ Shopper team to drive superior digital shelf, content, eCommerce, loyalty, digital offers, and other digitally enabled shopper experiences that improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Performance Reporting & Optimization - Own customer-level marketing performance reporting, post-program analysis centered in shopper & movement insights, KPIs, and optimization recommendations; use data and learnings to improve future programs and maximize ROI.
• Be The Voice of The Shopper - Bring shopper, category, and retailer insights into Brand, Sales planning, and Customer Meetings, while translating those insights into compelling go-to-market strategies and customer activations.
• Travel: 10-15%

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in CPG/FMCG marketing, shopper marketing, retail media, customer marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Experience with Walmart, Walmart Connect, Sam's Club, and Sam's Connect, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics.
• Knowledge of shopper behavior, category management, eCommerce, retail media, and Walmart Inc. systems, including Scintilla.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer, Brand, agency, and cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Experience managing budgets, agency partnerships, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and influencing skills, with a self-driven, accountable, and collaborative approach.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 - $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
