Duration: Seasonal position through approximately February
Are you fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoy helping people solve problems? We’re looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Service / Technical Support Specialist to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly and patient customer support by phone and help desk
- Troubleshoot basic computer, software, and technical issues
- Explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Help customers navigate applications and systems
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Can speak Spanish and English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Patient, personable, and customer-focused
- Willingness to learn and develop technical support skills
Important: This is a seasonal position expected to run through approximately February, with multiple shift options available.
January 2–9 availability is required. Time off during this period will generally not be approved except for emergencies.
