Customer Services Representative - Remote

We’re expanding our remote team and looking for individuals who are organized, eager to learn, and comfortable connecting with people. You’ll work with members who have expressed interest in benefit programs, helping them understand their options and complete the necessary steps online.

No insurance background is needed. With guided training and ongoing team support, you’ll have the resources to develop your skills and grow in the role.

Your day will involve communicating by phone, email, and video to coordinate appointments and provide helpful information. You’ll lead brief Zoom presentations, respond to questions, and assist with digital forms and applications.

• Arrange and confirm virtual appointments with members
• Deliver clear, professional presentations through Zoom
• Answer questions and explain available benefit information
• Guide members through digital applications and required paperwork
• Maintain accurate records and review files before submission
• Follow established company processes and compliance requirements
• Take part in optional training and skill-building sessions
