As a Benefits Representative, you will connect with union members and their families to review available benefit programs, answer questions, and provide assistance throughout the enrollment process.
This is a 100% remote position that allows you to work from home while meeting with members through video conferences, phone calls, and online platforms. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Job Responsibilities

- Connect with members through scheduled calls and virtual meetings
- Review available benefit programs and explain coverage options
- Assist members with applications and online enrollment procedures
- Respond to questions and provide clear, accurate information
- Maintain organized records of member interactions and appointments
- Follow up with members to ensure their needs are addressed
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and development sessions
- Deliver a professional and positive experience throughout the enrollment process
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to manage schedules and work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
