Description
Commercial door distributor seeking a Customer Service Representative. We offer a great work environment, competitive wages, paid holidays, paid vacation, sick days and health insurance benefits.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide general customer support via telephone, live chat software, and email
• Assist customers with order tracking
• Answer and direct calls as a secondary receptionist
• Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team and management as requested
• Other projects and duties assigned
Qualifications
• Professional phone etiquette and outgoing demeanor
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and stand-alone environment
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and handle 50+ calls daily
• Ability to handle different duties simultaneously with interruptions
• Highly organized and works well with others
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail is a must
• Previous experience in the construction supply industry a plus, although not required
